Ashley Bennett Boardman works with businesses, individual founders and investors. As corporate counsel, she ensures that proper documentation is in place during each stage of a company’s growth, from formation, to fundraising, to acquisition. As a former high school mathematics teacher and analyst, Ashley loves getting her hands dirty with numbers, from cap tables to P&Ls. Prior to starting Silicon Beach Legal, PLC, Ashley worked at a boutique transactional practice in Los Angeles that catered to technology start-ups, widget-makers and professional service providers. Ashley loves crab feasts, being anywhere where she can see the Milky Way, and spending the day outdoors with her husband, daughter and two rescue mutts.
